Within the role, Andrea will be responsible for the success of customer implementation projects and services delivery with a focus on Sureify’s LifetimeAcquire Platform.

She is an influential Customer Experience professional with a strategic, proactive and productive approach to driving change that results in customer-centric growth.

She successfully drove change through leveraging digital technology that lead to engineering a state-of-the-art straight through processing model combining multiple data sources into one CRM eliminating duplication and reducing costs by 40%. Andrea also designed and launched a successful inforce policy review program with growth of $7.5 million in added revenue by assuring customers had life insurance necessary to protect their changing lifestyles
